The Pharoh and Moses
In each one of us there is an Egypt and a Pharaoh and a Moses and Freedom in a Promised Land. And every point in time is an opportunity for another Exodus.
Egypt is a place that chains you to who you are, constraining you from growth and change. And Pharaoh is that voice inside that mocks your gambit to escape, saying, "How could you attempt being today something you were not yesterday? Aren't you good enough just as you are? Don't you know who you are?"
Moses is the liberator, the infinite force deep within, an impetuous and all-powerful drive to break out from any bondage, to always transcend, to connect with that which has no bounds.
But Freedom and the Promised Land are not static elements that lie in wait. They are your own achievements which you may create at any moment, in any thing that you do, simply by breaking free from whoever you were the day before.
Last Passover you may not have yet begun to light a candle. Or some other mitzvah still waits for you to fulfill its full potential. This year, defy Pharaoh and light up your world. With unbounded light.

Creating New Earth Crystalline Circuitry,
Our New Earth Crystalline Circuitry (Golden City in the brain, body and light body) at the highest level is a cosmic star-energy pattern that is inherent within our light body.
At this level of reality our New Earth Crystalline Circuitry is an essence, a primary pattern or first-cause archetypal type of energy.
As we access this universal star-energy pattern with our consciousness something interesting begins to occur. We begin taking this essence and giving it further definition through our conscious interactions with it. This leads to new awareness, perceptions, thoughts, feelings, experiences and thus reality itself being formed out of these interactions.
Our neurological circuitry itself is a physiological representation of a host of energy patterns. When we learn how to do something new that is successful, helpful or pleasurable in some way, we form new neural circuitry in our body that represents this new pattern of energy. The Spiritual Life
SPIRITUAL LIFE
(Compiled from notes and letters of Sri Aurobindo)
Sri Aurobindo began his practice of yoga in 1904. Even before this, several experiences had come to him spontaneously, "of themselves and with a sudden unexpectedness". There was, for instance, the mental experience of the atman or true Self, which he had while reading the Upanishads in London in 1892. The next year a "vast calm" descended upon him the moment he stepped on Indian soil after his long absence in England. This calm surrounded him and remained for many months afterwards. Also in 1893 Sri Aurobindo had a vision of the Godhead surging up from within when he was in danger of a carriage accident. In 1903, while walking on the ridge of the Takht-i-Suleman in Kashmir, he had the "realisation of the vacant Infinite", and a year or two later he experienced the "living presence of Kali" in a shrine on the banks of the Narmada.
In 1904 Sri Aurobindo began yoga with the "assiduous practice of pranayama". Around this time he met the yogi Brahmananda and was "greatly impressed by him", but he had no helper or guru in yoga until January 1908, when he met the Maharashtrian yogi Vishnu Bhaskar Lele. Lele showed Sri Aurobindo how to establish complete silence of mind and immobility of consciousness. Within three days Sri Aurobindo succeeded in achieving this state that sometimes requires a lifetime of yoga to attain. The result was a series of "lasting and massive spiritual realisations which opened to him the larger ways of yoga". Lele finally told Sri Aurobindo to put himself entirely into the hands of the Divine within and to move only as he was moved by Him. This henceforward became the whole foundation and principle of Sri Aurobindo's sadhana. Sri Aurobindo and Lele parted ways after a month or two, and from this time until the Mother came to India Sri Aurobindo received no spiritual help from anyone.
In 1908 and 1909, while Sri Aurobindo was an under trial prisoner in the Alipur jail, he had the constant vision of the omnipresent Godhead: "I looked at the jail that secluded me from men and it was no longer by its high walls that I was imprisoned; no, it was Vasudeva who surrounded me. I walked under the branches of the tree in front of my cell, but it was not a tree, I knew it was Vasudeva, it was Sri Krishna whom I saw standing there and holding over me his shade. I looked at the bars of my cell, the very grating that did duty for a door and again I saw Vasudeva. It was Narayana who was guarding and standing sentry over me. Or I lay on the coarse blankets that were given me for a couch and felt the arms of Sri Krishna around me, the arms of my Friend and Lover.... I looked at the prisoners in the jail, the thieves, the murderers, the swindlers, and as I looked at them I saw Vasudeva, it was Narayana whom I found in these darkened souls and misused bodies."
In the jail Sri Aurobindo spent much of his time reading the Gita and Upanishads, meditating and practising yoga. Even in the courtroom he remained absorbed in meditation, attending little to the trial and hardly listening to the evidence. During this period his view of life was radically changed; he had originally taken up yoga with the idea of acquiring spiritual force and energy and divine guidance for his political work. But now his inner spiritual life and realisation, which was continually increasing in magnitude and universality, assumed a larger place and took him up entirely, His work became a part and result of it, far exceeding in its scope the service and liberation of the country; it fixed itself in an aim, previously only glimpsed, which was world-wide in its bearing and concerned with the whole future of humanity. Sri Aurobindo's yoga and spiritual philosophy are founded on four great realisations. Two of these he had realised in full before his coming to Pondicherry in 1910. The first, the realisation of the silent, spaceless and timeless Brahman, he had gained while meditating with Lele in 1908. The feeling and perception of the total unreality of the world which at first attended this realisation disappeared after the second realisation, which was gained in the Alipur Jail in 1908 or 1909, the realisation of the cosmic consciousness and the vision of the Divine, as all beings and as all that is. In his meditations in the jail Sri Aurobindo was already on his way to the other two realisations — that of the supreme Reality with the static and dynamic Brahman as its two aspects and that of the higher planes of consciousness leading to the Supermind.
By 1912 the third realisation was attained when Sri Aurobindo experienced an "abiding realisation and dwelling in Parabrahman" (the supreme Reality). The process of ascent into the higher planes of consciousness and of bringing down the power of those planes into the physical consciousness continued. On 24 November 1926 this effort was crowned by the descent of the "Godhead of the Overmind", the highest of the planes between Mind and Supermind, into the physical. This descent was preparatory to the descent of the Supermind itself, by which "the perfection dreamed of by all that is highest in humanity can come". From 1926 Sri Aurobindo worked spiritually to bring about the supramental descent, and in 1950 left his physical body to hasten its advent.

Taurus,The 2nd house of the Solar God Self!
Taurus is the incarnation of the Earth Element,It is Feminine in nature and ruled by Venus.It Governs Neck Shoulders Throat,Voice,and hence upholds the value of self.Ideally one is holding one head high ones shoulders back with their heart open to the world in a loving Masterful manner.

Drink Filtered Tap Water!
As you know, yoga students need lots of water
to rehydrate, to cleanse, and to keep their body
loose and lubricated.
But here's the question: "What type of water
should I drink?"
I've got a really simple answer for you...
But first, let's take a look at how crazy the water
business has become.
Take Figi or Evian waters, for example.
They are really good, yes, but in order to get that
water halfway around the world to you (assuming
you don't live in Figi or The Alps), you have to dirty
up the environment by transporting the stuff...
... so to get your clean water now, you're making
more water dirty during the transportation... this can't
work long term (this system is only slightly less absurd
than polluted cities building giant fans to "blow" the
smog somewhere else).
From my research, here's what I think the most
responsible and healthy choice for obtaining clean,
local water:
(1) If you live in a city with safe drinking water
(meaning no bacteria or parasites), filter it with
a carbon filter (Britta style) or a reverse osmosis
filtration system (more expensive, but better).
If you're water is not potable or if you know that
it's super high in fluoride or lead, then buy locally
filtered water in big jugs with high quality plastic
(better than cheap disposable bottles).
(2) When you do need to buy water (we all do),
buy local/regional brands, but keep in mind
that your home-filtered tap water is probably
more pure - so try to use that as your primary
source.
(3) Lastly, never drink straight tap water if you can
avoid it, even if you've got a private well or live in
a city that brags about its water (like NYC). Bad pipes,
ground water run-off... all sorts of things can get
into your water, and a simple carbon filter is cheap
and easy.

Concentration!
As part of our weekly offerings of the six perfections presented in Shantideva's 'A Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life' we present to you our fifth wallpaper in the series for your computer desktop or iPhone.
On the path of a Bodhisattva, one should practice what are called the six perfections of: Giving, Ethics, Patience, Perseverance, Concentration and Wisdom.
This week we present the perfection - Concentration.
This perfection is the enlightened quality of concentration, meditation, contemplation, samadhi, mindfulness and mental stability.

Any positive actions we do will not realise their full effect. Distraction is therefore a major defect and it is very important to counteract it by developing mental calm.
In brief, meditation is a way of training and transforming the mind and this it certainly does. For our purposes, the main thing is to develop the one-pointed concentration of mental calm and to meditate on bodhichitta (the wish to attain complete enlightenment in order to be of benefit to all sentient beings). For concentration to become clear, we need the right conditions, namely, freedom from outer distractions. The ideal is to meditate in a secluded place that is conductive to physical and mental serenity.

His Holiness has said that mental calmness on its own is not uniquely special as negative emotions are allayed, but not entirely eliminated. One-pointed concentration is very important in fully developing the power of positive actions and it is crucial for our practice of clear insight.

Revealed: The Real Cause of Indecision
And How to Get Over It Now!

One of the realities of life is, you can't know all the facts about every decision, and there's rarely one key fact that switches on the light bulb. And in spite of this, you still have to make decisions. The bigger your business gets, the less certainty you can have about any decisions because there will be more factors, more variables involved. Heck, the bigger your business the more decisions you'll face, period.
In certain ways, indecision is nothing more than procrastinating. You don't want to decide. You put off making a decision. And generally you do it for absolutely no good reason. You can have all the facts in front of you. All the information you need and you still refuse to make a choice.
That's because indecision is about keeping as many options open as possible, while decisions are about making commitments. I'll talk more about that in a second. But first let me ask you a question...
Are You Indecisive?
Has someone ever asked you to go out for a beer at the end of the week and you responded by saying you'd let them know in a couple days? Have you ever answered like that even though you knew you had nothing going on on Friday. When you were certain that nothing was going to change between now and the end of the week?
That's indecision. The simple avoidance of making a commitment.
Some people think being an effective decision maker is some kind of innate ability. That if you're not born with it, you're doomed to be indecisive. Not true. Indecision is unwillingness to make a decision. There are a lot of reasons for this. Too many to dig into in this report. But there's a single cause I want to explain that lies at this behavior's root.
When you make a decision, you're effectively eliminating other alternatives. Thinking about that beer on Friday, you may tell yourself you have reasons for postponing the decision like something may come up, or I'll see how I feel on Friday. But those aren't real reasons. They're simply excuses for not deciding and making a commitment.
The Danger of Indecision
When you're working on your own and you don't make a decision, nothing gets done. It slows your ability to accomplish any task. It diminishes your ability to grow.
There's another very important intangible effect of indecision.
It takes a huge chunk out of your self-confidence. And when you lack self-confidence, it makes every decision feel like a life or death battle. It actually makes you question your own abilities.
As your business grows, your decisions will begin to have more significant financial impacts on your business.
You start missing out on many very profitable opportunities.
The point is, if you engage in this behavior badly, it has will have the effect of poisoning your business. Of damaging your own image of yourself as well as the perception others have of you.
So if you've ever waffled over making a decision, you have to start working to correcting it now. A year or six months from now, it may be too late.
How do you go about correcting indecisive behavior?
Reprogramming Yourself for Action
The good news is, if you exhibit indecisive behavior, it's eminently correctable. Decision making is a learned behavior like anything else. You can retrain yourself to make decisions and make better decisions. And when you do it often enough, it becomes second nature, a behavior you do almost unconsciously. It boosts your confidence and the confidence of everyone around you. Let me tell you why.
When you make a decision, you are taking a form of action. Right or wrong, it is a form of action. Action is important in our subconscious minds. When we take action, we get a sense of accomplishment. We feel good. It's an act of "clearing your plate."
Think about this. How many old emails have you opened but still not done anything with? How many papers or reports are sitting on your desk. How many open files on your computer? Clutter like this is a sure sign that there is decision making problem at play.
Once you make a decision on an issue, that issue goes away. It may become a task for you to check up on later, but the original dilemma goes away. And you move forward.
So, how can you start changing this behavior?
The "How To" for Becoming a Decisive Leader
The solution is simple - and a bit scary.
If you find yourself putting off making a decision for no good reason - and by "no good reason" I mean:
1) You understand the purpose of the decision that needs to be made...
2) You have all the discernible facts you need at your disposal...
3) You understand them all as well as their potential impacts...
and still find yourself looking for some time to "think about it" - force yourself.
Demand a decision of yourself... before you do anything else.
Making a decision is a question of commitment. And to be successful, you have to be able to commit to a course of action. Understand that there are always going to be risks involved in every decision you make. That's part of the territory you got into when you became an entrepreneur.
If you make a mistake, you have to adjust. That's a simple fact of life. Something you learn from.
But in the meantime you must swallow your discomfort and make a decision.When you overcome your resistance to making a decision, you immediately start to build more confidence in yourself. Confidence that grows with every decision you make, with every action you take. And that confidence will spill over to your team (if you have one.) Making a decision is the first step toward business inertia -- forward progress that will feed on itself continuing to build momentum and taking you forward with less and less effort on your part.

The Animal Kingdom of God is a Wonderful Kingdom of Much Bliss Sacred Sanctity Divine Consciousness and total God attunment and alignment.The purpose of this Chapter is to give you Gods Perspective on the Animal Kingdom.It is to give you the Higher Mind and Monadic Mahatmic Perspective on the Animal Kingdom.We pray and ask for a attunment to this kingdom now in its Divine Perfection and ask to receive the Understanding Knowingness and experience of the Divinity and Divine Purpose of the Animal Kingdom!With that attunement and alignment now taking place we will officially begin!First of all it must be said that ll kingdoms where created by God to play are part and bring a particular aspect of Divinity into the Collective Experience of the Great Cosmic Being known as God.The animal Kingdom brings an Indiviual independent Instinctual Feeling level to the experience of the Earth plane.The animals are totally in Harmony with Nature and Her Cycles and are totally surrendered to this and thus experience the directed harmony sanctity and holiness of this Greater Being.We get a sense of this when we surrender to God/ess and Nature and feel so elevated and sacred being in nature and being in the Great Tao of harmony of all things.Animals have an inate experience of this naturally.Again it must be said that the fall came in the Human kingdom not the animal kingdom,though they do transmute and have taken on some of the Fallen Consciousness of the Human Kingdom and are thus way also serving on assisting Human beings out of the Miss alignment with the Universal Law and thus drawing us into and setting the example of our Intuitive and Instinctual self.The ANimal kingdom has an inate experience of the Cosmic Consciousness through there surrender and thus bring through the Heavenly aspects of life,they are an expression of the Heavenly nature of all things earthly!They are bellow even as they are above!Think to the Experience of the Bear,who hibinates for 9 Months of the Year!What a life to sleep for 9 Months of the Year!I think you can get a sense of the greater attunement of God in all Gods Kingdoms and the total and unimaginable Sanctity of the Cosmic nature of that Experience of God through the many incarnated Gods in all the Kingdoms!Actually astrologically speaking there is both a “Sign of the Bear” the Greater and Lesser Bear at the North and south point of our Earth!Thus this archetype holds particular weight and gravity for our Planet!Ever considered the saying that people often say,”Bear with me a Moment........” Have you ever wondered what this meant?Well now you know the Solar Astrological on this saying!I think my friends then you are starting to get a sense of the Profundity and signifcance of the Animal kingdom and its role in the Great Cosmic Evolution we are all a part of and sharing in and contributing too!Be sure then to honour the ANimal Kingdom and give thanks for the vibration they Hold!Be sure also then to Integrate this Consciousness into your Consciousness and Earthly Life and your Spiritual Attunement!Be sure to bring forth the Higher Octave Aspect of all the Animal Kingdom and all Animals!Be sure to recognize all Creatures as Incarnations of God and make a vowl to never harm hurt them in any way or contribute to any form of unconsciousness that still does this!Be sure to stand firm in protection for the ANimal kingdom!Now it must also finally be said that we are “Our Brothers Keepers” and this relates to all the 3 Lower Worlds, whos evolution and progress we are in truth responsible for even as the Ascended Masters are REsponsible for our Evolution!We must then take up the Sword of Power and Mantle of Leadership and Mastery in this Regard and be absoute Spiritual Warriors in Fighting for the Protection of the Beloved Animal Kingdom and all our “Younger Brothers and Sisters” in that Kingom!To do any less would be irresponsible behaviour of an Incarnated God!it is our Responsibility to see that the Animal Kingdom are cared for protected and honoured in life and all the service they offer us,it is our responsibility to over see their evolution and guide them into the higher Octave of Divine Love Divine Service and Divine Attunement even as they remind us and teach us this in their own way!So this is a key note focus for the building of the New Earth!To honur respect care for protect and Guide the Animal Kingdom into Ascended Consciousness and into the Kingdom of God!For it was said by the Great Master that “The Lion will lye with the Lamb!”Let us then work to serving this greater Cosmic Harmony at a Planetary level by all these previous mentioned things and any and all other ways we might feel personally called to do to “Be our Brothers Keepers!”So let it be written and so let it be done!

The 2nd Great Kingdom of God!The Plant Kingdom!
The Plant Kingdom,The 2nd Great Kingdom of God is a Very Etheric Kingdom quite refined and Elevated.Looking to the Trees as the Russel in the Breeze one can easily become aware of Cosmic Consciousness.Plants hold a pure Vibration,they take their Energy from the Air Sun Earth and Water Elements as well as the Akasha Element in Space.They are in one sense perfect Yogis,and as we move into 5th Dimensional Consciousness and beyond many great Yogis will take to studying and learning from the Great Spirit of Plants and trees.We can already see through Plants Like Auyhascha and other plants that the External Plants that we see are just and outer forming for the Soul and Spirit of the Plant.Plants have vast Spirits even as the Human Kingdom does.Plants serve in a number of ways from basic to complex,from providing air through their leaves to actually acting and holding healing vibrations for the Human Realm.Plants are Intelligent and alive receiving their Comsic Vibration from the Earth and stars above.They are the most Pure source of Food and energy at a Physical Level and therefor Human would be best to take to a Plant Diet as God originally intended.Plants are full of life and prana as well as spirit and thus nourish the Human Body Mind Soul and Spirit well.Plants provide the Elements for Auroms and auroma therapy,Healing Medicines,They Provide Much Beuty and Harmony of the Planet as they hold and demonstrate the 4th Initiation and 4th Ray of Harmony and Beuty.They hold such a balanced and beutiful vibration that if it was not for them,the planet would surely be a much more lonely and less beutiful place!The Plant Kingdom has had to bear most of the Brunt of the Fall of Man,Experienced in the Human Kingdom,in the Vast Desolation of their Native Forests and Old Growth Forests,In the Destruction of their Beings by so many careless Humans,They have had to take so much damage,that the traditional Owners and Caretakers of these Beings,The Plant Elementals and Plant Spirits have had to leave.It is time for the Human Kingdom to make every one of these wrongs right,by making a Planetary Effort to first Apologize to the Spirit of the Plants all Plants and take every effort now to build a harmonious relatinship with them.Welcoming back the Devas and Elementals and working in harmony with them not in total opposition Ignorance and destruction of them!The Human Kingdom has much work to do to make the Harmonious Relationship with spirit once again!If this is not done then again the Aryan Race will have to fall from Existance and be returned to its origins in the Sea that another round of evolution can begin in the Paradise Sons Race.This can be avoided by Leaning the Lessons of previous Root Races,ie Atlantis and finally come in to Harmony with the Universal Law of God at a Planetary Level and create peace Oneness and Unity with all life every where and to make again the Earth and heavenly place to be for all beings!We are at the dawn of this but as you have begun to intuite from this brief Blog the Enormity of the Work that Needs to be Done!There is much to do and we must be the ones to do it!S dear friends make every effort today to attune to the SPirit of the Plant kingdom,and then work at integrating this into your Life and take every action to repair any damage done to this kingdom!Be Prepared to Fight for what is right,Take up the Mantle of Being a Fearless Spiritual Warrior in life so you can be one of the Rainbow Warriors of Life who fight for the Mother Earth and the Protection of her Perfect Sanctity!Be a Warrior who fights for Mother Earth The Mineral Plant and Animal Kingdom!be your Brothers Keeper not only in the Human Kingdom but the 3 Lower Worlds as well!It is only in this way can you rise to the level of the 5th Sphere in becoming an Ascended Master and Planetary World Server by actually demonstrating real service to the World and all the many being within and upon it!I leave you now with a quote from Sri Krishna(Lord Maitreya)that is totally appropriate to our Current Collective situation!”Get up and give up this unmanliness and get up and Fight!”

The First Great Kingdom of God,The Mineral Kingdom,is the Kingdom and Realm we attune to Spiritually In a Psychological Sense and in a Physical Earthly Sense.The Foundation of all Terrestial and Extra Terrestial Life(Malkuth,in the Kabbalah) are the Grounds from which all Life Evolves.The Mineral Kingdom is the Foundation for the Waters of Life at a planetary Level to flow Upon,They are the Sacred Ground from which all Animal Plants and Beings came from,From the Emergence of the Water Creatures,The Great Many Sea Creatures Sea Monsters and Sea Beings(5th Dimensions and Beyond)Including the Nepbulous and Neptunian Realms and Kingdoms of Gods Watery Realms,all these are built upon the Mineral Kingdom.All Hu Mans,All Gods of Consciousness and Higher Dimensional Gods who are built upon and have their Being through the Hu Man Kingdom,All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas Built out of and have their Initial Enlightenment on the Mineral Kingdom on the Earth Plane,They all wake up and have their Realization and Enlightenment on the Earth,All Devas,All the Earth Elementals from Lord Pan to all the Earth being Gnomes Fairies Sylphes Salamanders Air and Water Spirits the Undines all have their Life Stream Upon the Mineral Kingdom!Even the Ascended Masters who it is our Destiny to become have their many life times and qualification and Probabtion on the Earth Plane,All of them Serve upon the Mineral Kingdom and the Kingdoms of God that they are building in this World and in all others Worlds are built on a 1st Dimensional Kingdom the Mineral Kingdom of God!We can see then how important and significant this great Kingdom is and how it serves such a valuable Service to all other kingdoms,In truth we cannot grow and or evolve if it was not for the steadfast continuous and Constant work of the Mineral Kingdom.This Kingdom Rules the Sphers of Capricorn Virgo and Taurus and thus our Integration and Demonstration of these SPhere will be a Keynote FOcus for monday.Structure FOundation Discipline the Notes of Capricorn,Perfection Order Sanctity and Humility the Keynotes of Virgo and Grounded Sensuality Sensibility Foundation Harmony and Attraction the Key Notes of Taurus should be brought forward in our Consciousness first then into our Spiritual Self then into our Earthly Life.This way we integrate the Higher Octave the the Trinity Earth Spheres of Light and Life through these Higher Archetypes.Demonstration of these Ideals are a key focus on Monday!Each day we work with 3 Astrological Signs and the Integration of their Qualities!So in attuning to and aligning with the Mineral Kingdom of God in all we do today we will develop a good grounding and foundation in the earth,We will more consciously develop Proper Grounding of our SPiritual Mission on Earth and thus be more able to exact service to our Self Our God and our Brothers and Sisters in all the Other Kingdoms!By Wearing Minerals and Stones,By Using Stones for Healing we can demosntrate our Earthly Attunement to that Kingdom.By attuning in our Spiritual Body to the Cosmic Mineral Kingdom we attune our Spiritual Body to that Kingdom and by thinking about and aligning ourselves with the Consciousness of the Mineral Kingdom we develop the Psychology of the Mineral Kingdom!Thus we integrate the Mineral Kingdom into our 3 Minds and 4 Bodies more fully and more Perfectly!Let this be your way today!Namaste!
